Happy holidays from CAHS Executive Director Jan Laughinghouse, PhD, LCSW-BACS, LAC.

We know the holidays can be stressful and can cause anxiety. Dr. Laughinghouse reminds everyone that members of our competent, caring, responsive staff are available to help with counseling and a variety of behavioral health services for all ages.

“We are here for you anytime. We want to remind you that during this season, that we’re not actually talking about happiness, but we’re talking about joy. Happiness is dependent so much on your circumstances, but you can choose to be joyful even when things aren’t perfect,” says Dr. Laughinghouse.
