Q: How often are sessions and how long does each session last?
A: Sessions can be weekly, biweekly, monthly or as needed and last 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Q: How are costs handled?
A: Teletherapy and in-person appointments are conducted at the same rate and payer benefits. Copayments or coinsurance apply once your deductible is met. No cost or sliding scale services are available for uninsured clients that meet policy guidelines.
Q: How is it different from in-person therapy?
A: Teletherapy provides convenience and flexibility.
Q: What do I need to use this service?
A: You will need a smartphone or laptop, Wi-Fi or cellular data and a quiet place to attend the session.
