CAHS Social Service Counselor Rosalyn Davis, PLPC, CCGC, CAC; Prevention Coordinator Alicia Richbourg, PSIT; and Prevention Project Coordinator Ricki Davis Robinson partnered with Life House University to conduct Narcan trainings, Feb. 4 and 24, for the staff of the Life House in Ascension Parish.
Life House offers transitional housing for women and men, and the trainings at their locations in Gonzales and Donaldsonville offered valuable insights about the administration of Narcan, the life-saving medication that reverses the deadly effects of overdoses from opioids.
