
Representatives of CAHS’ School Based Behavioral Health Program provided information about their services at the East Baton Rouge Parish School System’s Student Assistance Team Training, held Aug. 25, 26, and 29, at the system’s Professional Development Center.
CAHS School Based Program Director Bethany Sclafani, LSCW-BACS presented at the training, along with Supervisor Nina Julien, LCSW, and Clinicians Monique Carter, LCSW, and Shelby Wilson, LCSW. School Based Social Service Counselor Lisa Patin also attended.
The training was provided for elementary, middle, and high school staff members who are responsible for responding to student behavioral health crises at their schools.
