“Recovery Sundays” visits New Roads church

Congregants of Disciples of Christ Worship Center in New Roads heard a presentation, July 17, by members of the CAHS Prevention Team about the dangers of opioids and how to avoid their addictive effects. Thanks to Pastor Theron Smith for inviting the CAHS team to his church and for supporting its “Driving Into Recovery” event in New Roads on July 23 (see related story).
