To help raise awareness about youth mental health, CAHS, in partnership with Youth City Lab, produced a video “Nobody Knows,” that illustrates the real concerns of youth and their struggles with anxiety, depression, and self doubt. Click here to watch.

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), about 17% of youth, ages 6 to 17, experience a mental health disorder, and suicide is the second-leading cause of death among youth between the ages of 10 and 14.
We ask parents and adult family members to play their important roles by watching for the warning signs of sadness, anxiety, doubt, and depression.

Below are images of posters that are being distributed to area schools. Similar graphics and messages are being posted on various social media channels to reach youth who need help.
