Youth hear about dangers of tobacco, vaping

May 2, 2022

CAHS Project Coordinator Karen Wooley met with 500 middle and high school students during April to talk about the dangers of tobacco, marijuana, and vaping. Students at Brusly High, Arlington Prep, Woodlawn High, Livonia High, and Southern Lab received promotional items for pledging to be tobacco free, completed a “Tobacco and Teens” survey, and signed “Tobacco and Vape Free” commitment banners that were displayed in their schools.
