CAHS Prevention Team members Alicia Richbourg, PSIT, and Program Monitor Tamara Jones, PSIT, collaborated with West Ascension Hospital to participate in its health fair, held Oct. 26 in Donaldsonville. The event raised community awareness about health and wellness, providing essential resources and education about topics that included mental health and substance use prevention. Richbourg and Jones distributed informational materials about CAHS’ services, including prevention programs, mental health management, and addiction recovery. The event was a great success, attracting a diverse group of community members who were eager to learn more about healthy lifestyles and how to support loved ones on their wellness journeys.
