CAHS Program Monitor Supervisor Yolanda Yancy, RPP, and Prevention Coordinator Alicia Richbourg, PSIT, attended the 2nd Annual October Festival Resource Fair, held Oct. 20, at the American Legion Nicholson Post 38 in Baton Rouge.
The event was hosted by the Volunteers of America South Central Louisiana to help veterans and their families by providing community resources and information.
Yancy and Richbourg informed attendees about CAHS’ behavioral health and prevention services, and they distributed kits of Narcan, which reverses the deadly effects of overdoses from opioids.
