CAHS Social Service Counselor Rosalyn Davis, PLPC, CCGC, CAC; Prevention Coordinator Alicia Richbourg, PSIT; and Prevention Project Coordinator Ricki Davis Robinson conducted a Narcan training, Oct. 30, for the staff of Array of Hope Outreach Center in Baton Rouge.
The CAHS training taught the proper administration of Narcan, the life-saving medication that reverses the deadly effects of overdoses from opioids. The CAHS team also presented information about how addiction starts and how it affects a person’s brain and body.
Array of Hope offers mental health rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, and adults in the Baton Rouge area.
