Staff from CAHS’ Prevention and Addiction Recovery departments participated in the 3rd Annual “Bridging The Gap Community Event,” presented by the Bridge Center for Hope on May 16 at the East Baton Rouge Parish Main Library in Baton Rouge.

Staff members distributed more than 200 promotional kits that contained information about CAHS’ services and that raised awareness about behavioral health and addiction issues. Attendees also received brochures about opioids, safe medication practices, underage drinking, and recovery from gambling addiction.
