CAHS Community Services Specialist Shelia McNair and Director of Developmental Disabilities Shenitha Smith, MSW, also attended and provided information for parents of children with developmental disabilities who are transitioning out of school.
The event promoted access and connections to community resource partners and their services. The CAHS team reported that many of the families stopped by the CAHS table for information and giveaways that promoted healthy choices and living.
